August Empties #3

After a few months of using up mostly skincare, I've actually used up some makeup this month and for me that doesn't seem to be an easy feat. As always, I've shared a mini review of each and whether I would re-purchase it again.

This is the second Radiant Creamy Concealer I've used up and I scraped every last bit out of this tube that I could! I use it every single day, mainly for blemishes and other areas of redness, as the coverage is fantastic, the colour spot on (I have the shade Vanilla) and it blends into my skin like a dream. Full review here.
Re-purchase? Already have!

The Bobbi Brown Corrector is another product I've re-purchased a couple of times now, as it does such a brilliant job at neutralising the darkness under my eyes (I then apply a brightening concealer on top). Each pot I've bought has lasted a year with daily use, which makes it very much worth the high end price tag.
Re-purchase? Again, I already have.

I am terrible at throwing away mascara, but I've had to face facts that this one has had its day! I think this is one of the best budget mascaras out there as it lengthens, adds volume and holds a curl.
Re-purchase? Not at the moment but definitely again in the future.

I also have the conditioner from this range but it's still going strong; always the way! The shampoo is thick and creamy with a nutty yet sweet scent, which is very hydrating and eliminates frizz, leaving with me super sleek hair. Full review here.
Re-purchase? Yes

This is currently my favourite cleansing oil. It's Olive Oil based so it is quite rich, but without being greasy. It removes makeup, including mascara, with minimal effort and easily emulsifies into a milky liquid when you add water.
Re-purchase? Yes, I've just bought the 70ml size though, which comes with a pump.

I like to use an exfoliating face mask once every week or two to remove dead skin cells and de-congest my skin. REN's offering does this using natural Fruit Acids that you leave on the skin for 10 minutes, which leaves mine looking fresher and brighter afterwards.
Purchase full size? Possibly - I have a few other minis to use up first though.

What empties have you used up this month? Are you a fan of any of the products mentioned above?

Before I end this post, I just want to let you all know that this will be the last post from me for 2-3 weeks, as I am jetting off to Italy on my honeymoon tomorrow. My husband and I have hired a car and have a route that will take us from South to North, starting in Pompeii and finishing in Venice, stopping in 7 locations for two nights over two weeks. I am unbelievably excited! I imagine I'll still be active at points on my Twitter and Instagram, so make sure you're following me on these platforms for any honeymoon updates (links below)!

  11. The DHC is a pretty solid cleanser. I've yet to find a different cleansing oil that I like better. A lot of the others I've tried are a little too viscous and don't feel like they clean enough.
