When it comes to buying green and organic beauty products, Naturisimo is my one stop online shop. They stock a massive range of brands such as Green People, Oskia, Jurlique and Jane Iredale, covering hair, makeup, skin and more. Every so often they put together a one off themed beauty box and the latest is the Cleanse and Polish Discovery Box, which I couldn't pass up.
Priced at only £9.95, the reusable gift box contains 7 natural skincare products to deep cleanse and refresh the skin and are a mixture of full, travel and sample sizes items. When I bought it Naturisimo conveniently had a 10% discount code live as well, so I actually paid a bargain £8.96 for the following:
John Masters Birch & Cedarwood Cleansing & Shaving Bar 128g - £7.00
This is my first John Masters product, which is exciting as the brand has been on my radar for awhile. I don't use soap at all, so I'm intrigued to see how this organic palm and coconut oil based soap fares. We're off to a good start as I love the musky, woody smell!
Balance Me Pure Skin Face Wash 50ml - £6.40
I've used this gentle foaming face wash before and got on well with it. It doesn't contain any drying sulphates and the light formula is ideal for a morning cleanse. This mini version will be coming on holiday with me!
Green People Fruit Scrub Exfoliator 30ml - £7.77
I don't really use manual facial exfoliators anymore, but I'm a huge fan of Green People's skincare range so I'm not expecting this to be harsh or irritating on the skin. I've tried this on the back of my hand and the grains, which I believe are apricot, are very small and not too concentrated - so far so good!
Madara Brightening AHA Peel Mask 12.5ml - £5.50
This 99% natural peeling mask is one I've wanted to try for awhile after reading about it on Angelica's blog, as it is designed to bring instant radiance to dull, tired and clogged skin. My REN Glycolactic Radiance Mask mini has nearly run out, so fingers crossed this will be an effective replacement.
Skin and Tonic Steam Clean 15ml - £11.00 and Organic Cotton Cloth - £3.90
I was all set to buy this cleansing balm after reading Adrienne's glowing review, so this was the product that really swayed me to buy the box. It only contains 7 ingredients, including Thistle, Eucalyptus and Spearmint Oils to lift away dirt and refresh the skin. It is solid in the pot but melts instantly on the skin. I cannot wait to try this properly with their Organic Cotton Cloth, which is a good size and feels soft to the touch.
Madara Micellar Water 5ml - £0.60
I haven't tried a natural micellar water before and this one even contains Hyaluronic Acid, so I'm hoping for cleansed yet hydrated skin after use!
In total this box is worth £42.17, which is unbelievable value when the box costs over four times less to buy. Unfortunately when I looked the Cleanse and Polish Discovery Box was out of stock (here), but there is a "notify me" field, so if you missed out it may be worth completing it incase Naturisimo bring out some more. I found out about this box via their email newsletter, so do sign up if you want to hear about future boxes!
Did you manage to purchase the Naturisimo Cleanse and Polish Discovery Box?

ReplyDeleteSuch a fab selection of products! xx
DeleteThe problem with the name of this box is every time I see it I think Cleanse & Polish the product rather than that it contains products for 'cleansing and polishing' and it still confuses me every time I see it x
