My first mixed favourites post seemed to go down pretty well (here), so I'm back with another and I'll definitely keep coming back with them in future as they're so fun to write!
The first things I'm currently loving are two beauties from Happy Jackson; the "Kiss and Makeup" Makeup Bag and Ok, Here's The Plan A5 Notebook. Ever since getting my hands on these I have been eyeing up what to get next (probably one of the lunch boxes FYI)! I love the brand's bright, quirky designs and fun quotes. I've been using the notebook for blog planning and the smaller A5 size makes it easy to pop in my handbag for planning on the go!
Next up is something quite practical but is now an essential - the Sistema Breakfast To Go Pot. It comes with a secure clip lid and a travel friendly, two piece, plastic spoon. I bought it mainly for making overnight oats, but if I'm in a rush in the mornings I'll also use it for taking cereal into work or granola with yoghurt and berries.
Ever since receiving it as a wedding gift from work, I haven't stopped wearing the Valentino Valentina Eau de Parfum. I just adore everything about it - the sleek round bottle, chic flowers and retro pump give it a really romantic feel. The beautiful, floral oriental scent is made up of Amber and Cedar base notes, Bergamot and Alba Truffle top notes and at the heart, Wild Strawberry, Orange Blossom, Tuberose and Jasmine. It's a timeless perfume that's perfect for Spring/Summer.
I love reading but wrongly don't dedicate enough time to it, so it took me awhile to start reading Katie Piper's Beautiful Ever After book. I read her first book Beautiful about 3/4 years ago, where she tells the story of her life leading up to the acid attack and her recovery journey afterwards. Beautiful Ever After picks back up on her charity work, developing TV career and search for love. Katie is such an inspirational, honest person, with an admiringly positive attitude to life. If you haven't read any of her books then I really recommend adding them to your to-read list.
What are you loving right now?
