Ramblings of a Beauty Bird Turns 3!

3 years ago today I published my first ever blog post (you can read it here if you fancy a peek). 3 years is such a long time ago, but I remember choosing the name Ramblings of a Beauty Bird and setting up a Blogger and Twitter account almost like it was yesterday. I'm so glad I did.

My blog was ever so different back in the early days and although it's taken me all this time to get to a stage where I don't cringe a little inwardly at my photos or blog design for example, I'm still proud of how I've evolved and developed my blog, and my skills, at my own pace over the years. Yes I do still look continually for ways of improving what I do, but I feel much more in control now and much more knowledgeable and comfortable about blogging as a whole. 

I know what I'm going to say next will sound cheesy, but I'm going to say it anyway - none of the above would matter if it wasn't for all of you reading this blog, whether you're reading today for the first time or have been regularly stopping by for awhile. In my first ever post I said that "if just one person gets something out of what I've written that will be more than I hoped for". I still stand by this and every post read, every comment made, every re-tweet and every re-pin means a hell of a lot to me. I feel like re-typing "thank you" over and over and over again, but I still don't think that would do my feelings justice.
