Beauty Wishlist #4

Today is my birthday, eek! I am now the grand old age of 26, which feels scarily close to 30! I have the day off work and am going out for lunch with some family today, so can't wait. I've asked mostly for money this year, as, well, I don't have any! I'm thinking though that I will have to treat myself and spend some of it, so here's what I currently have my eye on.

Top row

Naked Basics Palette - £20.00
I have had my eye on this for ages! I wasn't too fussed about it when it was first released but then after reading lots of blog posts and watching YouTube videos about it, I realised that this is one palette I have to have in my life! This will be perfect to use for a natural daytime look; I absolutely love neutral eyeshadows.

Revlon Lip Butter in Pink Lemonade - £7.99
Pink Lemonade is a new limited edition shade out for the summer and is a lovely sheer, baby pink (I couldn't find a picture of it so the one above is actually Cotton Candy I think). I already have a few lip butters and this one looks like the perfect Spring/Summer colour to wear in the day when the sun is shining!

Antipodes Aura Manuka Honey Mask - £21.50
The Antipodes Aura Manuka Honey Mask is described as "a deeply moisturising, cleansing and anti-oxidising treatment". I haven't got any hydrating face masks and this one stands out to me because it contains natural ingredients, including manuka honey (a natural antiseptic) so should be good for spots and blemishes too.

Bottom row

Models Own Fruit Pastel Collection - £20.00
Oh my how pretty are these pastel shades? My nails NEED them for Spring/Summer. Plus they are scented too! Very retro.

MAC Lipstick - £14.00
Where do I start with MAC lipsticks... I want so many of their shades! I already own Hue and Plumful, which are both gorgeous. At the moment I have my eye on Creme Cup, Creme d'Nude, Patisserie, Lovelorn, Viva Glam V, Please Me and I'm sure more that I have forgotten! As you can tell I love nude and pink shades.

Real Techniques Stippling Brush - £11.99
The stippling brush just has to be added to my Real Techniques collection, I adore their brushes. I use the buffing brush to apply foundation and I'm thinking of using the stippling brush to apply highlighter, a product I have only recently got into using.

What's on your beauty wishlist at the moment?

  6. Happy 26th birthday!
Love your wish list. I can highly recommend the MAC lipsticks, especially the matte ones! They stay for hours and they don't cake up in the corners of your mouth (hate when that happens!) I want the RT stippling brush too!

  19. Hope you had an amazing birthday! Either you kept that one quiet or I missed the whole thing (until you Instagrammed your pressies!). If it makes you feel any better, I'm going to be 27 on Thursday...beyond scared. Edging a little too close to the big 30 if you ask me! :( Still, better to age than, well, the alternative!
I really want the RT stippling brush too, and as for the Antipodes Aura mask, I can confirm - it's AMAZING! Nicest mask I've ever tried, and I really mean that. There's something about it that is just so calming and relaxing when you put it on, and it smells incredible.
Hope you're having a lovely weekend.
